Who can attend the forum?
The forum is exclusively for Liferaft customers, with attendees ranging from analysts to CSOs and executive-level professionals. We’ve got content and training for all levels in store.
Where and when is the forum taking place?
The forum will be held in Toronto at the Marriott City Centre from May 20th to May 22nd.

How do I register for the forum?
You can register by visiting the event page or contacting your Liferaft customer support manager. Early registration is recommended as spots are limited.
Is there a fee to attend?
No, there is no registration fee, and Liferaft covers your event access to all sessions, workshops, meals, and activities during the event. All you need to do is cover your flight and hotel, and your hotel is heavily subsidized by Liferaft.
Can I bring colleagues or team members?
Absolutely! We encourage teams to attend together to maximize learning and collaboration opportunities.
Event Features
What types of sessions can I attend?
The forum includes seminars, workshops, networking sessions, product updates, collaborative ideation discussions, access to our Intelligence Desk for one-on-one platform support, and fun team-building activities including an MLB game!
The event kicks off with badge pickup and a Jays vs. Padres game on Tuesday, May 20th. We'll then have a full day of programming on Wednesday, May 21st, and a half day on Thursday, May 22nd. We'll also have boxed lunches ready to go for anyone heading out the airport at the event's end.
Will there be opportunities for one-on-one support?
Yes! We’ll have an Intelligence Desk where customers can meet with product specialists to resolve platform issues or discuss optimization tips.

Are travel and accommodations included in the registration fee?
No, travel and accommodations are not included. However, Liferaft is offering a substantial subsidized room rate for early and pre-paid bookings.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, parking details will be provided closer to the event date or upon registration confirmation.
What is the room rate?
The standard king room at the Marriott City Centre costs $400 USD per night, but for anyone who takes advantage of our early bird registration and the pre-pay hotel offer, the rate is $175 USD per night.

Bring your laptop or device if you plan to visit the Intelligence Desk or participate in hands-on sessions. Comfortable attire is recommended for workshops and activities.
